Unlike most of our competitors, our Windows VPS offers are based on Microsoft Virtual Server R2 technology which uses hardware virtualization. This makes the overall user-end experience much more stable. In shared virtualization, isolation between the virtual machines is poor making your sites vulnerable to unnecessary downtime and performance degradation caused by another VPS on the same hardware node; because it was infected by a virus or simply because the user was abusing it and causing the whole node to crash. About the Datacenter
We are partners with unarguably the finest Tier-1 carrier neutral datacenter in the world, Equinix IBX. We have a direct relationship with Equinix, and do not resell or colocate our equipment with other hosting companies.
Why risk your data and livelihood to other providers that buy from 2 or 3 other resellers, and do not have a direct relationship with their providers. We are one of the only companies inside Equinix to have our own NOC Engineers on-site at the datacenter to work on OUR equipment when issues arise. No middle man and no finger pointing and passing the blame. When there are issues, our own folks are on-site and working on the issues - instead of waiting in a ticket queue for a datacenter tech to get to your problem, when they have time. We own the problem, from the time it starts, until it is resolved - no passing the blame or finger pointing here.
We also own and deploy all of our network equipment, servers, etc. Again, why risk your data to folks that rent old servers from other providers, that have no access or ability to troubleshoot your problems.
The Fine Print
Any good offer has a few restrictions on it.
- You must be a new customer OR an existing customer in good standing (as in no outstanding balance on your account) and place a new order for service.
