The Restrictions...
You are only allowed to operate Game Server software on these servers; you get a privileged admin account to the server to allow full setup and installation of the software. You are allowed to operate passworded ftp servers for customers to upload maps and configure their servers. That is the limit of what you may operate.
This access will allow you to fully setup and configure servers at your own pace with ease and functionality.
