100 Mbps unlimited trf & 服务器: $1674 - $1894; 10 Mbps unltd trf & 服务器: $374-$394

100 Mb/s at $15 - $19/Mbps This is the deal for those with a lot of traffic running on a single server (e.g. streaming or large file downloads) that will not "fit" on a 10 Mbps "unlimited traffic" port -- put the server on a sub-$20/Mbps 100 Mbps unlimited traffic port instead! You can use the full 100 Mb/s port capacity - up to 32TB/month! - the only limitation is your server throughput capacity (depends on its configuration and what it is used for), as the port is guaranteed, non-oversubscribed 100 Mb/s full duplex Fast Ethernet port per server. For the Standard Server (Cel/1.7Ghz, 512MB RAM, 60GB drive - $99/m), 100 Mb/s unlimited traffic port option: $1575/month + $99/m server = $1674/m total Service details: Linux - http://www.superbservers.net/service...td_details.php Windows - http://www.superbservers.net/service...td_details.php For the Plus Server (P4/2.4Ghz, 512MB RAM, 80GB drive - $119/m), 100 Mb/s unlimited traffic port option: $1775/month + $119/m server = $1894/m total Service details: Linux - http://www.superbservers.net/service...us_details.php Windows - http://www.superbservers.net/service...us_details.php Also available for Value CoLo (client supplied server), 100 Mb/s unlimited traffic port option: $1975/month + $79/m service = $2054/m total Service details: http://www.superbservers.net/services/valuecolo.php Note: FreeBSD also available and will return to order form in the next few days (same price as Linux). Watch for it! Common answers and questions - Q: Why is it so cheap? A: We are able to offer the 100 Mbps at under $2000/month ($15-$19/Mbps) here due to the fact that the 100 Mbps port is for one server, only. Therefore, the limiting factor will be your server's capacity. (That is also why it is priced higher for Plus servers than for Standard servers and higher still for value colo, where a client supplied server could be very powerful.) We have seen clients push in excess of 50 Mb/s using an Standard Server and some 70-80 Mb/s using a Plus Server for streaming or large file distribution. The throughput that your server will depend on its configuration. A: Furthermore, the transit being on a multi-regional network(hopone.net) that is peering with most of the world's major ISPs, cable/DSL providers, networks, at various geographic locations, we are able to not only give you much greater performance (in many cases, your packets go directly from the network to the end user's destination network, not having to go through any third or fourth party intermediary networks), but also pass on the savings that this direct peering-based connectivity brings us. The reason for introducing this service now is due to a great amount of recently added peering bandwidth in New York and Chicago. Q: How much can I acutally use? A: The limitation is your server throughput. How much you can do depends on the configuration of your server. If it is only used for streaming of serving file downloads, you can easily do in excess of 50 Mb/s. The traffic that you use is not limited nor billed in any way. The only limitation is your server's capacity (which depends on what it is used for and its configuration). Q: Can I use a hub and put multiple servers on this 100 Mbps port? A: No. This special price for 100 Mbps is only available on a per-server basis. If you have multiple servers, you should get each one with the 100 Mbps option; or, if you only need around 10 Mbps per server or less, you may consider our 10 Mbps port unlimited traffic option instead for your multiple servers. Q: Where can I test the speed & the network? A: See http://slsdemo.dca2.superb.net The service is provided out of our DCA2 facility in Tyson's Corner, McLean, VA, and provides for direct connectivity to close to a 100 major networks/ISPs/cable/DSL providers. Being connected directly to such networks via peering vs. solely using transit not only results in far greater performance (less hops, lower latency), but also in lower cost that we pass on directly to customers. 10 Mb/s at $27/Mbps - special for May, only! In addition to the above, for month of May only (EXPRING May 31st, 2003), we are giving $100/month off for our unlimited traffic 10 Mb/s port option. Instead of $375/m regular price it is now $275/m, for the lifetime of service if ordered by May 31st. E.g. Standard server ($99/m) + 10 Mb/s unlimited traffic (3.2TB/month) port ($275/m) = $374/m total Please note that the $100/m off for the 10 Mb/s port is a special offer, expiring May 31st, when the price will revert back to $375/m (for orders placed after May 31st). The 100 Mb/s unlimited traffic (32TB/m capacity) port is a new service and here to stay. However, its pricing will be re-evaluated and if the average usage of all the customers using it at the end of May is much over the 60 Mb/s avg. per server we are expecting, then the price may be increased. However, the price will stay as it is for those who have signed before the end of May for the lifetime of service. I.e. We will try to keep the price as set now, but, it may be increased in June for new orders (if so done, existing customers will not be effected). If you have a heavy traffic server, be it around 3 terabytes per month, or up to 30 terabytes per month, these are the offers for you. Where else can you get top quality transit - direct connectivity to close to a 100 major networks/ISPs/cable/DSL providers - at rates as low as $15/Mbps?
