FREE Colocation for three months!!!

Get your server colocated for free with ArsHost.com! We recently purchased a new rack and upgraded our bandwidth, and need to put our resources to good use. Here's the deal: - Get your server, up to 2U, colocated for FREE for three months. Afterwards pay $20 per U. - Your bandwidth is free for one month as well! Afterwards pay $60/mo for 300GB. You will need to pay for one month upfront (for example month one you'd pay $60, month two $0, then month three $60...after that you'll pay your normal monthly bill). If you need more bandwidth or a special setup, let us know and we'll work out a quote for you. - You may use your own switch, but it will NOT qualify for the free colocation deal. We'll gladly connect your servers to your switch, so you can share your bandwidth between them. - Offer limited to the first five servers, not necessarily the first five people (if the first person wants to colocate five servers for free, they may do so). It's first-come first-serve...defined by the first person who contacts me via PM, ICQ, or email and pays the upfront bandwidth charge within 12 hours. I'll try to answer the questions I figure most of you will ask below: Q) What's the catch? A) There's no catch. We have extra unused space and decided it'd be a good idea to give colocation away now, and have more customers later. Q) What Datacenter are you in? Who are your bandwidth providers? A) We're in the Colo4Dallas Datacenter. Bandwidth providers are Yipes, Cogent, and MFN (though primarily Yipes and Cogent). Q) How long have you been in business? A) Over six years. We changed the domain to ArsHost.com about 3 1/2 years ago (feel free to check whois results). Q) Do you allow IRC? A) Yes, but ONLY if it is a small private server. For example if you have a java chat on your site that uses IRC as the backend, that is ok. You cannot have a large IRC server with large numbers of users, and cannot link to other networks. Q) Can I send you a midtower case? A) No, you must send your server in a rackmount case, with L brackets. You also must send a power cable, and a 7-14' long network cable. Q) How much are managed services? A) We offer what we consider semi-managed services for $50/mo (what we define as semi-managed, some consider fully managed). We will login to your server approximately once a week to install any needed updates (sooner if a critical update is released); do basic software installs for you; and do basic monitoring of your server. Q) Do you offer free reboots? A) Yes. If you need quicker responses to reboot requests, you can purchase a reboot port for $10/mo. MAKE SURE that your server is set to power back on after a power failure, it's a bios setting in most newer motherboards. The reboot port works by cutting off power to the server, waiting a few seconds, then restoring power. Q) Sounds great, how can I sign up?
