SharkTECH Internet Services - New Packages / Services enchancements
SharkTECH Internet Services has recently gone through many service enhancements and upgrades that will ensure quality services to our customers world-wide. Our network is connected to a 9Gbps multi-homed backbone via 3 carriers: (3 different peers) Cogent, AboveNet, and Telia. We have acquired our own IP block and we will be able to provide additional IP blocks to customers for a LOW monthly rate. While we're providing backup services to our customers into our hot-swap raid5 array for a small additional monthly fee!
New packages (single/dual opterons) have also been released and we’re working on further improvements to our services. As always, all our servers are hosted in our DDoS protected network using SharkTECH's unique filtering mechanism.

SharkTECH Internet Services is a fairly new professional internet services provider, but we have built a mature company with the majority of our team members having no less than 5 years of experience in the field. We pride ourselves with the ability to go above and beyond your expectations, and will work with you to tailor the service we provide to suit your personal or business needs.
SharkTECH's physical network is located in Chicago Illinois USA in the heart of the information technology industry. Our network is located geographically close to many major Internet providers with peer agreement. This helps us assure that we have provided the easiest way for your information to travel.
Our network bandwidth is currently provided from three different providers: Cogent, AboveNet, RCN(TELIA). Cogent which operates the 6th largest peered network in the world with over 30,000 miles fiber optic lines, AboveNet which provides IP services through 1.5 million fiber miles and RCN (using TELIA transit) which operates a network with over 600.000 cable subscribers and provides high quality services to both United States and Europe. While we have the ability to immediately add additional lines through Cogent, AboveNet, RCN, Level(3), Yipes, XO, MFN, MCI, Qwest, Ameritech.
Our technical support staff is fully experienced with different Operating Systems (BSD, Linux, Windows) and will be able to support you with any kind of hardware or software problem. We provide exceptional 24/7 support at no extra cost to you for up to one hour each day!
