New servers can typically be provisioned in less than one hour. We currently choose not to auto-provision VPS servers as this often causes unnecessary drag on existing client during peak hours, and we make an earnest attempt to understand our clients needs in an effort to "get it right the first time". We understand that it can be very convenient for customer to re-provision on the fly at 3AM, so we have plans to offer a series of staging servers that our clients can use to "perfect" their services before moving to our primary production clusters.
