I've got it since July 2009, and I've been using 200mbit constantly 24/7 - what does this mean?

The review from me regarding this is nothing but positive, it rarely goes down for me and seldom need a reboot, unlike OVH. Even it does do down, the tech will boot up for you while you're offline.
Reason for selling? I need to go for a smaller server since I've sold my previous site. I can simply tell them i would like to cancel, but it's a good piece of server with great price that I don;t want to lose. Would rather give it to someone else.
You can never find this elsewhere. FDC? They limit port on peak hour OVH? You know who they are and their support. Others? Are u sure they give unmetered BW if u max out 200mbit constant??
