Q : What type of payment method do you accept?
Ans : We only accept paypal.
Q : Can the server offers be upgraded?
Ans : None of the servers in ServerStadium can be upgraded. If the customer wants to upgrade, then they will need to purchase additional server, move all the data to the new server and cancel the old server.
Q : Do you provide any type of customizations?
Ans : No, we do not offer any form of customizations at ServerStadium. The options you get at the order form are the only options that you have.
Q : Can you provide similar offers in the future?
Ans : Once a server is sold, we may not have the same type of server again. It’s a first come first serve basis type offer.
Q : If I have a hardware issue with my server, what will you do?
Ans : We will replace the problematic hardware. However, if your server is still not accessible, then we will setup a new server and mount the original hard drive as a secondary or connect it via USB until you move all the data to the new server, at which time we will take off the old hard drive. There is no support fee to replace faulty hardware.
Q : Can I get more IPs?
Ans : No, every server in serverstadium.com comes with 3 IPs. We are not able to assign additional IPs.
Q : Do you provide a network uptime SLA?
Ans : Yes, we provide 99.9% network uptime SLA. For each hour that our network is unavailable, we will credit your monthly fee by 5% per hour. (up to 50% credit in a billing cycle)
