A: All of our servers are deployed with either 4 or 5 usable IP addresses, depending on the particular configuration. If you need more IP addresses, you can order them via our website once your initial order has been completed and your server is online. We do require justification per ARIN guidelines for all IP allocations. Additional IP's are billed at $0.75/m per IP address. Q: Are your 1Gbps ports "dedicated"? A: Each of our servers is connected to it's own 1Gbps port on one of our top-of-rack access switches. These ToR switches are then connected back to our core using either multiple aggregated 1Gbps or 10Gbps uplinks, depending on the capacity needed. We monitor bandwidth usage on our rack switches carefully so that additional capacity can be added when needed.
