What is not allowed:
- Warez and/or Warez Linking.
- Pornography (even if its legal).
- Gambling.

- IRC Bots (IRC Client is allowed).
- Spamming.
- Distributing all sorts of malware.
- Participating in botnets.
- Anything else illegal in the EU.
Proxies / VPN are fine as long as you don't transmit anything
illegal.
You are responsible for the security of your vps and for any
content you upload or download.
We may call you and/or request identification information to verify your order
If we receive official complains about your vps we will sandbox it and contact you.
if we receive no answer or it is involved in scamming, spamming or any other criminal
activities we will
suspend it and
report any offending materials to the authorities.
In case data recovery is required it will be charged.
