Q: How does your Rent-to-Own plan work?
A: Simple - set up a single server colo account with us, starting as low as $69 per month and then add the Rent-to-Own server of your choice. After 24 months, we'll stop charging you for the RTO server, and you can continue to colo or have us ship the hardware out to you any time you like.
Q: Do I get physical access to my Rent-to-Own server?
A: No, we're not able to provide physical access to Rent-to-Own server equipment. Any hands-on work that is needed will have to be handled by our technical staff.
Q: What locations are available?
A: Currently we offer single server colo plans only in our Las Vegas, Nevada datacenter (LAS1).
Q: What happens if I upgrade my server or send parts in for my server but then cancel before my RTO period is up?
A: We're not able to track or return customer-provided components once they have been installed.
Q: Can I buy out my Rent-to-Own server before my RTO period is complete?
A: Yes, we do offer buy out options on Rent-to-Own servers. Just contact us for details.
Q: Can I add Rent-to-Own servers to my private rack?
A: Please contact us if you'd like to add Rent-to-Own hardware to your private rack colo.
