买了一个prometeus的低端VPS，花了15欧元相当于人民币121元吧。整体来说速度确实很一般，相当于美国最东部的速度差不多甚至可能还慢点儿，好处就是不管是电信还是联通或者移动都不抽风，这个是我观察了好几个月的结果。prometeus在LEB上目前排名第一，可靠性是非常好的，有自己的Data Center的，而且是注册公司，运营经验有十多年....
VPS的基本配置信息：192M内存，192Mswap（二代），8G硬盘，1个IPV4,2个IPV6，512G流量每个月，SolusVM面板，linux系统，基于openvz (unmanaged)。购买地址 https://www.prometeus.net/billing/cart.php?gid=12 PS:他们家128内存和192内存以及所有低端VPS都经常没货，特别是128M和192M内存的基本上不上货，我是无聊就去看看刚好遇上别人掉下来的，我特地查看了一下这个IP之前是做过网站的。
下面的简单测试不是同一天做的，可能主机负载不同也会造成评测数据之间的差异。之前写过这家的KVM评测，那确实是一分钱一分货。参看
