Q: How soon will my server be online after my order is placed?
A: Once your order is verified by our billing department, your server will normally be online within 24 hours or less.
Q: Do you have other locations besides Los Angeles?
A: Unfortunately we do not. But we are planning to expand.
Q: Can I get more IP addresses with my server?
A: Yes, all of our dedicated servers come with 4 usable IPs + 1 IPMI access IP. If you need additional IPs, just contact our sales team, we will get the additional IPs routed for you within 2 hours after payment.
