Our servers are located in a privately owned and secure data facility in Coventry, United Kingdom. We utilize premium upstream bandwidth from providers such as NTT and Level3 for excellent global connectivity. Each dedicated server includes a 1000Mbps network uplink and 10TB monthly bandwidth by default. We also include a private subnet & VLAN and permanent KVM over IP with virtual media support for easy remote management. Did we mention we have a 100% power and network uptime SLA?
Our data center is occupied by technicians 24/7 and Virtual6 staff also have physical access to the datacenter to perform any maintenance or server upgrades. We also monitor each and every one of our servers individually using a third party monitoring service, so if there is a problem isolated to your service we will know about it within 5 minutes, at which point we will take action to get your server online and fully functional again.
We understand that not all of our customers are the same, which is why we offer a number of support options to accompany your service. From self managed (£0.00/pcm), to fully managed with cPanel/WHM license, software and initial configuration/securing of your server plus monthly system updates. (+£46.31/pcm for dedicated servers). Remote hands and system component upgrades etc may incur additional charges which will always be displayed upfront, please contact us for further information or a free no obligation quote.
Business hours support is complimentary (But with certain limitations dependent on your chosen management plan) and provided between the hours of 07:30 and 17:00 GMT/London, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours support is limited to hardware and network failures, in which case our on call technicians will be alerted. Network wide problems such as power or network problems will be reported on our blog.
